John had to work on Sunday, a little earlier and longer than he had planned, so Emma and I stayed home from church.
Because we stayed home I didn’t get out to do the errands done that I had planned to do with Emma on Sunday while we waited for him to get off work. Instead, John and Emma spent a few hours together while I went out alone on Monday. (by the way, there is something very refreshing about doing some needed errands alone. when you would normally look for the shady spots to park so the car seat doesn’t get hot, you just … park. you don’t need a basket or a stroller, you can just walk through)
Anyway, John told me to take my time and I did.
I went to the craft store for yarn to finish my sweater, went to Starbucks, Babies R Us, Berean,and Borders. And I used gift cards!
